Featuring a stainless steel basket that is easily loaded and unloaded, this commercial salad dryer quickly dries all types of vegetables with a spinning action. In addition to this, there is a side mounted drain, a front mounted on/off with timer and a 20 liter capacity that can hold a large quantity of freshly dried vegetables. This entire salad dryer is ran by a powerful 1/3 HP motor.
