This high quality gravity-feed slicer is designed to save counter space and the TOP version provides even higher durability in terms of reduced maintenance costs. This occurs because: all knobs/handles/dials/feet are aluminum, there is a fully sealed and waterproof IP 67 switch with stainless steel on/off buttons, a no volt release prevents inadvertent reactivation after a power outage and a complete stainless steel drive shaft assembly is also present. The exceptional cutting capacity allows you to slice products without having to precut and the hopper features an exclusive heavy duty plastic protection to keep operator's hands at a safe distance from the blade while slicer is in operation.
