Holding full blocks of cheese and large vegetables, the Skyfood PA-141 one-speed continuous feed food processor grates as much as 880 pounds per hour. Before emptying them into an oversized catch bucket, the 17-inch discs (sold separately) can grate, slice, and shred food products, and for a comfortable working height, the processor is designed to sit on the floor. This unit features a heavy-duty 1 1⁄2-horsepower motor.
The Skyfood PA-141 1 speed continuous feed food processor is made of stainless steel with a removable top for cleaning. For cheese shredding, this unit includes a heavy-weighted pusher and feed chute. Expanding versatility, this food processor can accommodate seven additional discs that are sold separately. Its removable lid and plates are safe for cleaning in the dishwasher.
