These commercial barrel mixers have an exclusive mixing system with dual mixing shafts, providing an uniform mixture of the ingredients. In addition to this, this Skymsen barrel mixer kneads the dough just like hands would knead but faster and more efficiently. With the Fleetwood barrel mixer you can mix and knead any type of dough, such as: pizza, dumpling, bread, biscuits, bagels and any kind of stuffing. The mixing bowl itself is made from stainless steel with non-adherence treatment and safety grid that stops the motor once lifted. The tilting system allows an easy and quick unloading of dough and all moving parts are mounted onto permanent lubricated double coated bearings and SAE 1045 steel shafts.
