Skyfood SPM30 Description
For multi-purpose use in high-intensive kitchen locations, the Skyfood SPM30 planetary mixer comes with an attachable whip, hook, and beater. The whip is ideal for creating fluffy eggs or cream; the hook can efficiently mix dough; and the beater is ideal for preparing mashed potatoes. To protect the user's hands during operation, this unit is supplied with a bowl guard. Overall, it measures 22 5⁄8 inches wide by 22 1⁄2 inches deep by 43 1⁄2 inches high and is ideal for most countertop or worktable spaces.
The gear-driven transmission of the Skyfood SPM30 planetary mixer assists with operating the unit's 1-horsepower motor, and this unit can reach three total speeds: low, medium, and high. Once this unit is turned on, the agitator moves around the 30-quart capacity bowl in a planet-orbit motion. For more control over operation, it has a preset 15-minute timer, and for other culinary purposes, this unit's No. 12 hub can accommodate compatible attachments.
