Skyfood CLM-400 Description
Made with 16-inch chrome rollers, the Skyfood CLM-400 single pass table top dough roller and sheeter can hold 15 pounds of dough and is front operated with a push button switch. Its opening accommodates dough with a 3⁄4-inch diameter and turns them into sheets as wide as 16 inches. An adjustable thickness control modifies the end result, which is churned out quickly by a powerful motor. This unit has a safety guard over the feed chute and comes with two scrapers for the rollers. The dough receiving area can be quickly wiped down, and its exterior has a baked enamel coating to prevent bacteria from forming.
