Simplify the process of dough preparation with the Fleetwood Skymsen dough roller and sheeter. This commercial dough roller and sheeter is designed to sit on your table top, has a single pass and is operated from the front. The dough is rolled on 12 in. hard chrome rollers and with the manual graduated control and rocker switch you have flexibility at your fingertips, literally! The entire roller/sheeter is made out of welded stainless steel construction with a baked enamel body and has spring loaded scrapers to expedite the dough production process.
