Eagle Group DHT5240 Description

This open base design hot food table from Eagle features 5 dry wells to keep a variety of hot food at safe temperatures for serving. This electric hot food table is 79" long, with a highly polished 22 gauge stainless steel top and an 8" poly cutting board mounted on the control side of the unit. Individual temperature controls offer high and low settings for each 8" deep well. Each well is fitted with a powerful 750-watt tubular heating element, and a 1" thick fiberglass insulation on all four sides and bottom of each compartment help keep food evenly heated without hot spots. The adjustable galvanized steel undershelf, supported by tubular legs, provides a spacious storage area. A 6" cord with plug comes connected to this hot food storage unit.
