Gold Medal 8078E Description
The Gold Medal 8078E electric funnel cake fryer has a ribbon-style heating element that distributes heat evenly throughout the cooking vat and promotes quick recovery times between cook batches. This unit has a wide, shallow frying vat suited for frying funnel cakes; it can fit six 6-inch funnel cakes simultaneously. Its oil preheat feature shortens prep time and simplifies cooking.
For user safety, the Gold Medal 8078E electric countertop fryer is equipped with a front-mounted emergency stop button that can be activated quickly to avoid grease fire accidents or boil over. Its built-in drain valve on the opposite side of the emergency stop expedites maintenance and cleaning. The included drip-pan assembly drains excess oil off finished funnel cakes and back into the fryer vat, conserving oil.
