The 10-gallon stainless kettle of this unit can melt your caramel, pop your corn, and mix it all completely into one delicious treat. Mount the 120/240-volt unit on a cooling table or counter to allow space for necessary cooling time after production. The kettle dumps with a left-hand lever.
