The mixer holds up to 5 gallons of already popped corn and produces up to 5 pounds of caramel corn every 15 to 18 minutes. Once your mixed corn has cooled for about 10 minutes, you can bag it up and you are ready to sell and serve. The base of the caramel corn cooker mixer is sold separately.
