When properly prepared, Gold Medal 1376 snow cone flavor concentrate enables concession stands to serve mango-flavored snow cones and shaved ice. Operators should mix 4 ounces of this concentrate with 1 gallon of water and 5 or 6 pounds of sugar to create 1 gallon of fruity, tropical syrup.
