Using the Tablecraft 42 fryer basket, employees can fry French fries, chicken tenders, and more. Its rectangular, nickel-plated basket holds food as it's cooked. To prevent user hand burns, the basket's handle is coated in heat-resistant PVC. The handle's coating is green, so operators can assign it to specific color-coded tasks. This basket is not dishwasher safe.
