The Chicago Metallic 91140 deep-dish pizza pan has a 14-inch diameter and mostly straight sides that measure 1 1⁄2 inches deep. Because it's made of 14-gauge hard anodized aluminum, this pan's entire surface heats evenly for a uniform crust. To simplify storage, it nests with similar deep-dish pans and conserves space. It should be cleaned by hand to prevent thinning and corroding.
