The Chicago Metallic 91060 pizza pan is constructed of 14-ga. aluminum that's durable, lightweight, and corrosion resistant. It can't be placed in a dishwasher, so it must be cleaned by hand using an aluminum-safe detergent. With its hard coat, it doesn't peel, flake, or chip. To bake personal-sized, deep-dish pizzas, it is 6 inches in diameter and 1 1⁄2 inches deep.
