Chicago Metallic 42445 Description
Constructed of 26-gauge aluminized steel, the Chicago Metallic 42445 ePAN® bun pan is designed for cluster-style hamburger bun production. It measures 17 11⁄16 inches long by 25 11⁄16 inches wide by 1 1⁄8 inches deep. The pan includes a wire-reinforced rim that supports its edges during repeated use, and its interior is treated with AMERICOAT® ePlus silicone glaze. Each compartment forms a bun that measures 3 13⁄16 inches in diameter.
