The Chicago Metallic 41695 cinnamon roll pan set includes a wire-reinforced rim to strengthen the edges and a seamless design that supports shaping uniform portions. Finished with an AMERICOAT® ePlus silicone glaze, the pan measures 9 4⁄5 inches long, 22 1⁄10 inches wide, and 1 4⁄5 inches deep. Each of the three individual cavities measures 9 1⁄4 inches by 6 5⁄8 inches. This model includes three compartments for baking cinnamon or packaged rolls and is constructed of 26-gauge aluminized steel.
