Each compartment in the Chicago Metallic 41065 bread pan measures 8 inches long by 4 inches wide by 2 1⁄2 inches deep. Designed as a single-slot pan, it forms one loaf per batch. This unit measures 8 inches in length, 4 inches in width, and 2 1⁄2 inches in depth overall. Made of 26-gauge aluminized steel, the pan includes a wire-reinforced rim that strengthens the edges. Its interior is coated with AMERICOAT® ePlus silicone glaze, and it is not dishwasher safe.
