FWE UHRS-10 Description
The FWE UHRS-10 UHRS convertible mobile cabinet measures 32 1⁄2 inches wide by 37 1⁄2 inches deep by 74 1⁄2 inches high, supporting (10) 18-inch by 26-inch pans on 4 1⁄2-inch universal tray slides. Featuring dual-temp electronic controls, its top-mounted, forced-air heating system operates from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, while the bottom-mounted compressor diffuses R450A refrigerant to preserve chilled food between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Balanced on braking polyurethane casters, the stainless steel frame includes a wraparound bumper that prevents impact damage during transportation. An insulated, flush-mounted door improves thermal retention, and on-demand defrosting eliminates frost accumulation.
