FWE PST-32 Description
Designed for transporting food, the FWE PST-32 heated cabinet is fitted with six 5-inch casters; two are rigid, and four swivel and brake. Operators can maneuver the unit with the heavy-duty push-bar handles mounted at each end. A wraparound bumper acts as a barrier to protect the unit from damage if it hits other pieces of equipment, furniture, or walls during transport. Overall, it measures 41 1⁄4 inches wide by 29 3⁄4 inches deep by 60 3⁄4 inches high.
The FWE PST-32 heated holding cabinet is made of stainless steel to withstand high-volume use, and to ensure food is held at safe temperatures, the unit generates temperatures between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. A top-mounted heating system moves air through the cabinet evenly, eliminating cold spots. As holding requirements change, users can adjust temperatures via the electronic controls, including an on/off switch so operators can power the unit off quickly when not in use.
