FWE PH-1826-7 Description
The FWE PH-1826-7 insulated heated cabinet has upfront, easy-to-use controls that are recessed to prevent moisture damage. These controls enable temperature adjustment from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. With controlled heat and humidity capabilities and a built-in humidity system, it provides uniform moisture and air to keep foods warm for long-term holding. Removable to facilitate cleaning, the humidity pan is 12 inches by 20 inches to offer a large reservoir for moisture. Because it’s insulated with high-density fiberglass, this cabinet retains heat and reduces energy use.
