FWE ETC-UA-4HD Description
With its four universal tray slides, the FWE ETC-UA-4HD heated transport cabinet accommodates four 18-inch by 26-inch pans or eight 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Its reach-in layout enables operators to load into and remove pans from it directly. To prevent cabinet temperature changes when opened for short periods of time, the door is insulated. Built for transport, this unit is fitted with 3 1⁄2-inch swivel casters, and the interior and exterior are made of 18-gauge stainless steel to withstand impact. Because it measures 29 1⁄4 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 32 1⁄2 inches high, it can be stored beneath a counter to maximize kitchen space.
The FWE ETC-UA-4HD heated cabinet generates heat from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit to hold food at safe temperatures before serving it. To preserve food texture, a built-in Humi-Temp system uses a heating element and a fan-cooled blower motor to circulate moist, warm air throughout the cabinet. This mechanism heats product uniformly, eliminating cold and hot spots that could affect food quality. As holding requirements change, operators can adjust temperatures with the thermostat controls. Users can view and manage operational statuses with the front-mounted, recessed controls.
