FWE ETC-UA-12PH Description
The FWE ETC-UA-12PH full-height mobile heated cabinet is fitted with 5-inch casters, two of which swivel to facilitate maneuvering while the other two are rigid to guide the cabinet in a straight line. The swivel casters are equipped with brakes to stabilize the cabinet during loading and unloading, and a recessed hand grip on the unit promotes user control. With 12 pairs of universal tray slides, it accommodates (12) 18-inch by 26-inch or (24) 12-inch by 20-inch food trays.
Recessed to prevent damage, the FWE ETC-UA-12PH non-insulated mobile heated cabinet's control panel enables temperature adjustment from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. To balance air and moisture, its built-in humidity system has controlled heat and humidity capabilities, while its removable humidity pan is 12 inches by 20 inches to provide a large water reservoir. Constructed of stainless steel, it resists rust and corrosion and is durable enough for heavy-duty use.
