Duke TS580-74-1SN Description
For one-sided buffet-style applications, the Duke TS580-74-1SN features a self-service design equipped with two tiers to maximize serving applications. Its two front glass panels have a 1⁄4-inch-thick structure to protect displayed food from airborne particulate. These panels can be adjusted to accommodate specific serving applications so users can reach utensils comfortably. On top of each level, a glass shelf can support additional products, such as condiments, utensils, and napkins, and their edges are flanged down to reduce user injury risk. Overall, this unit measures 73 5⁄8 inches wide by 16 1⁄2 inches deep by 20 inches high and is intended to be attached to a Thurmaduke™ serving system.
