Duke TS580-32 Description
Useful for high-volume, buffet-style applications, the Duke TS580-32 Thurmaduke™ Designer breath guard is two sided and has two tiers. Both of its front panels have a self-service structure, creating a 1⁄4-inch-thick barrier between the displayed food and the customers, and they provide ample space for users to plate their own foods. For cleaning and specific serving accommodations, the shields can be adjusted. Made of tempered glass, the panels will shatter into pebbles instead of shards if the break to protect customers from injury. On top of each tier are glass shelves that can hold additional items, such as napkins and utensils. Designed to be attached to a Thurmaduke serving system, this unit measures 31 5⁄8 inches wide by 16 1⁄2 inches deep by 24 inches high.
