Electrically powered, this 4 top opened steam table is a stainless steel sealed well with a drain and individual valves and has an infinite temperature control. Featuring dimensions of 16 in. W x 34 in. H x 59 in. L and has a 1/2 in. thick poly carving board on a stainless steel support shelf. Please note that on this particular model, the food pans and spillage pans that fill the four slots are sold separately.
