The Duke Aerohot steam table unit is an electric hot food warmer that works hand-in-hand with buffet areas. This stationary steam table has 3 top openings, each sealed well has drains and valves, and also comes with infinite temperature controls for you to choose from. This entire Aerohot stationary steam table is made from stainless steel and comes with an additional 1/2 in. thick poly carving board on a stainless steel support shelf.
