Duke 838 Description
To shield food from germs and debris in self-service applications, the Duke 839 buffet shelf is equipped with two tempered glass panels. It’s designed for installation on a food bar or buffet line, offering a space for guests to rest plates as they dish out product. Because the support brackets and shelf are constructed of stainless steel, they support heavy use without corroding or rusting. Overall, this unit measures 72 3⁄8 inches wide by 10 1⁄2 inches deep by 20 inches high.
