Duke 839 Description

If you have a buffet area or a full own buffet-style restaurant, than you need the Duke buffet shelf! This commercial buffet shelf has a frame made from stainless steel and features a dual glass sneeze guard to prevent germ contamination on your food items. This buffet shelf does not include lights and please note that when canopies with lights or heat lamps are mounted to the unit, the unit may not be U.L. listed. The clearance between bullet lights and the top of the unit is 11-1/2 in. and is quite easy to install.
