Magikitch'n FM-RMB-648 Description
The Magikitch'n FM-RMB-648 charbroiler uses floating steel rods in its grate to limit heat warps. Its radiants are made of stainless steel and are removable with minimal difficulty should chefs wish to use a coals kit instead. This charbroiler's 6-inch work shelf is mounted above the control knobs and can be used to prepare food before and after it's grilled.
This Magikitch'n FM-RMB-648 commercial charbroiler produces 105,000 BTU of heat between 10 burners, each controlled individually so chefs can set their desired cooking zones. Its open-base cabinet can be used to store food boxes and ingredient bins. To maintain balance on uneven floors, the charbroiler's cabinet has adjustable legs.
