The Magikitch'n FM-RMB-636CR floor model radiant charbroiler is built for durability and efficiency, featuring a stainless steel construction and a fully insulated, double-walled outer cabinet to retain heat. Its 36-inch-wide cooking surface is heated by seven burners, delivering a total of 105,000 BTU. Each burner is paired with a V-shaped cast iron radiant that ensures even heat distribution for consistent grilling results. A standing pilot ignition system provides continuous operation, making it ideal for busy commercial kitchens.
Designed for user convenience, the Magikitch'n FM-RMB-636CR charbroiler includes a free-floating round rod top grid, made of 1⁄2-inch steel rods, which expands and contracts with temperature fluctuations to prevent warping. The EZ Tilt system directs grease into the front trough for easy cleanup, while water tubs help manage grease and retain moisture. A 6-inch stainless steel service shelf with a utility bar adds extra workspace, and the open cabinet base provides additional storage. The unit stands on 6-inch adjustable legs and operates on liquid propane with a single 1⁄2-inch gas connection.
