Magikitch'n CM-SMB-672 Description
Built with a fully insulated, double-walled outer cabinet, the Magikitch'n CM-SMB-672 coal charbroiler retains heat efficiently while maintaining durability in high-volume kitchens. The free-floating round rod top grid, made of 1⁄2-inch steel rods, expands and contracts with temperature changes to prevent warping. Its EZ Tilt system directs grease into the front trough, and the round top grid includes a quick-lift handle for convenient operation. The 16 burners deliver a total output of 240,000 BTU for heavy-duty grilling applications.
The Magikitch'n CM-SMB-672 charbroiler is designed for user convenience, featuring water tubs that help regulate grease and maintain moisture levels. A 6-inch stainless steel service shelf with a towel bar provides additional workspace, while individual front burner controls allow for precise temperature adjustments. A runner tube pilot system ensures reliable ignition, and this unit operates on natural gas. This model includes a removable crumb tray and top grid scraper for maintenance.
