The MagiKitch'n APL-RMB-636 charbroiler uses seven stainless steel, individually-controlled burners to heat the product. Heat from these burners is directed to the top grid by V-shaped radiants. Constructed of 1⁄2-inch steel rods, the top grid expands and contracts without warping. This top grid is tilted to drain grease into the trough and can be removed with its quick-lift handle. This MagiKitch'n APL-RMB-636 radiant charbroiler has a 6-inch service shelf for setting dishes to plate food and towel bar for holding utensils.
