The MagiKitch'n APL-RMB-624 charbroiler is 24 inches wide and has four individually-controlled burners under the top grid for exact cooking. A V-shaped radiant on each burner directs heat to the top grid where product sits. The top grid tilts to allow grease to move into the front trough and into the grease box. Since it comes with a top grid scraper, the user can easily remove burnt-on product. Food can be plated on the 6-inch service shelf, and the towel bar holds utensils. This MagiKitch’n APL-RMB-624 radiant charbroiler is elevated off the counter with 4-inch legs. To suit different applications, it can be converted from radiant heat to coal heat.
