There's a lot that the Vulcan-Hart commercial hotplate has to offer a business. Each gas-powered hotplate is 12 in. W, has (2) 25,000 BTU open burners and comes with lift-off burner heads and standing pilots. The top grates are cast iron and also comes with a manual gas valve control. This powerful hotplate is constructed from stainless steel and comes with an aluminized pull out crumb tray, along with 4 in. adjustable legs.
