Vulcan VCW46 Description
To ensure fresh and crispy chips, this Vulcan VCW46 first-in, first-out chip warmer's fan circulates hot air for quick and even heating. Operators can adjust the rear-mounted thermostat between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate changing holding requirements. Because it's insulated with high-density fiberglass, this unit preserves generated heat to save energy and minimize temperature fluctuations. Overall, it can heat and hold 46 gallons of chips.
The Vulcan VCW46 chip warmer's wide top opening simplifies chip loading while creating a seamless first-in, first-out system. To minimize product waste, an internal baffles reduces the risk of chips breaking as they're poured into the unit. When its front door is opened, it creates a shelf for scooping chips, and its front enables the door to be opened and closed smoothly. This 26 1⁄2-inch-wide by 30 1⁄2-inch-deep by 38-inch-high unit's stainless steel construction resists rust, corrosion, and wear for demanding kitchen environments. To simplify cleaning, its top doors, front panel, and bottom baffle can be removed without tools.
