The front grease drawers of this stainless steel radiant charbroiler are full width for efficient grease collection. The heavy duty cast iron char radiants of this 47" radiant charbroiler distribute heat evenly and seal in the flavor of your foods like no other. One infinite heat control valve is featured for each burner and the under burner deflector system reflects heat upwards creating a cool zone in the grease drawer and drip areas. The 4" adjustable legs allow you to blend your radiant cast iron grate charbroiler into the rest of your cook line. This radiant charbroiler boasts 116,000 BTU of cooking power and utilizes natural gas for clean and energy conserving heating. The 3/4" rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator provide you with safe and efficient heating.
