This Vulcan Hart double deck electric convection oven has the amazing cooking power that your kitchen needs! The stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs make cleaning easy and keep this convection oven corrosion and damage resistant. To ensure the best in efficient heating and operation, the stainless steel doors feature double-paned windows so that you don't have to lose heat opening the door to check your foods. Just peek in as you need to! The two-speed oven blower motor is 1/2 HP and will provide you years of lasting service. The oven cool switch provides rapid cool down for your double-deck convection oven.

The porcelain enamel on the steel oven interiors offer exceptional heat retention and even cooking temperatures. Best of all, when it's time to clean, the oven interiors will wipe to a beautiful shine for years to come. The 5 nickel plated oven racks and 11 rack positions per section gives you the versatility you need to cook foods of varying shapes and sizes.
