The stainless steel front, sides, top and legs make cleaning easy and keeps this convection oven corrosion and damage resistant. To ensure the best in efficient heating and operation, the stainless steel door feature double paned windows so that you don't have to lose heat opening the door to check your foods. Just peek in! The two-speed oven blower motor is 1/2 HP and will provide you years of lasting service. The oven cool switch provides rapid cool down for your double deck convection oven.

The porcelain enamel on steel oven interiors offer exceptional heat retention and even cooking temperatures. Best of all, when it's time to clean, the oven interiors will wipe to a beautiful shine for years to come. The 5 nickel plated oven racks and 11 rack positions per section give you the versatility you need to cook foods of varying shapes and sizes. Each section of this double deck convection oven are heated by electric solid sheath elements rated at 12 KW. This means you can cook your foods faster and with even results every time. The 60 minute timer allows you to adjust your cooking time to your specific needs.
