The 46-3/4" radiant charbroiler features stainless steel sides, control panel, top trim, backsplash, and grease trough. The heavy duty cast iron char radiants are perfect for charbroiling steaks, burgers, shrimp and more. This radiant charbroiler features 5 1/4 inch wide cast iron diamond grates and one 18000 BTU burner for each broiler grate. The standing pilot ignition gives you optimum char broiling performance and with one infinite heat control valve you have complete control over your cooking power. The under burner deflector system reflects heat upwards creating a cool zone in the grease drawer and drip areas. The 4 inch adjustable legs make this charbroiler easy to blend into any existing cook line. The supercharger burner dividers minimize heat transfer to enhance multi-zone cooking capability.
