Vulcan Hart is pleased to present you with this high volume radiant charbroiler. The charbroiler features stainless steel sides, control panel, top trim, backsplash, and grease trough. The full width of the front grease drawer means that you empty grease left often and saving you time and energy. The heavy duty cast iron char radiants are perfect for charbroiling steaks, burgers, shrimp and more. This radiant charbroiler features 5 1/4" wide cast iron diamond grates and 72000 BTUs. The standing pilot ignition gives you optimum char broiling performance and with one infinite heat control valve you have complete control over your cooking power. The under burner deflector system reflects heat upwards creating a cool zone in the grease drawer and drip areas. The 4" adjustable legs make this charbroiler easy to blend into any existing cook line. The supercharger burner dividers minimize heat transfer to enhance multi-zone cooking capability.
