This Vulcan-Hart Value Series Restaurant Range is 60 inches and comes with two ovens and a 24-inch griddle broiler that is a must-have for any high-volume kitchen! Get your broiling and baking done at the same time and in the same space with this efficient Vulcan-Hart range. Whether you're searing steaks or simmering a delicious sauce, this Vulcan Hart restaurant range will cook your food quickly and evenly. This range features a fully MIG welded frame and stainless steel front, back riser, and lift-off high shelf for durability and easy cleaning. The 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs increase versatility and accommodate a number of work heights.

This Vulcan-Hart Value Series Restaurant Range comes equipped with (6) 28,000 BTU open top burners that feature lift off heads and are sure to cook your foods efficiently. Each burner also features an individual pilot for controlled operation and added safety. The ovens measure 35,000 BTU and have a 22-inch width that will accommodate a variety of menu items. The oven thermostat ranges from Low to 500 degrees F and there are also two complimentary oven racks included. A rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator increases safety and helps reduce accidental tampering. To further prove that this range is a powerful addition for any kitchen, the griddle-broiler boasts 30000 BTU's and is 24 in. wide to accommodate a number of foods.
