The fully welded stainless steel and aluminized stainless steel chassis frame is durable, long lasting and easy to clean. The 11 inch low profile cooking height of this heavy duty 48" countertop griddle rests on 4 inch adjustable legs for versatile operation and to blend into any cookline evenly. The 1" steel griddle plate is polished 12 gauge metal and the 4 inch stainless steel back and tapered sides splashes reduce messes and promote safety. The spatula wide 3-1/2 grease gutter and chute is fully welded for easier cleaning and to stop grease migration. One 27000 BTU U shaped aluminized steel burner are constructed every 12 inches of griddle width.

This 48" heavy duty countertop griddle features one snap action thermostat per burner with a temperature adjust that ranges from 200 to 550 degrees. The large stainless steel grease drawer holds your griddle grease and reduces the risk for messy or injury. This 48" griddle also has heavy duty chromed thermostat knob guard for chef comfort and one pilot safety valve for every two burners.The safety will completely shut off the gas to the pilot if the burner extinguishes making this griddle a very safety conscious choice.
