Vulcan-Hart MSA48LP Description

This Vulcan-Hart commercial griddle is constructed from a composite material on the griddle plate that has a bottom of 304 stainless steel with an aluminum core and a 304 stainless steel top. Since aluminum is one-third of the weight of steel, this griddle is significantly lighter than a normal griddle, which makes it easier to move around. But perhaps the most beneficial thing about having the aluminum core in this griddle is that it transmits heat five times faster than steel. This distributes heat much more evenly on the cooking surface and causes the temperature to be much more consistent on the griddle, regardless of what you are cooking. And with a heating setup of one 27,000 BTU/hr and a 'U' shaped aluminized steel burner for every 12 in. of griddle width, you can know that you are able to keep up with your most demanding customers orders!
