Designed for efficient, high-capacity cooking, the Vulcan K40GL-LP gas stationary kettle features a spring-assist hinged stainless steel cover with a condensate ring to help retain moisture and temperature. Its ellipsoidal bottom optimizes heat distribution for consistent cooking, while the 2⁄3-jacketed construction ensures even steam circulation. This kettle has a 40-gallon true working capacity and features a 2-inch compression tangent drawoff valve with a perforated strainer to facilitate smooth product flow. The embossed gallon and liter markings allow for easy measurement, while a faucet bracket is positioned for added convenience.
