Vulcan GT100E Description
The Vulcan GT100E gas fully jacketed stationary kettle is designed for high-volume cooking, offering a 100-gallon capacity to accommodate high-volume food preparation. Its reinforced hinged stainless steel cover features a condensate ring and a drop-down lift handle with a heavy-duty pivot assembly, including a yolk-style mount with a tie bar for added support. A 2-inch plug draw-off valve with a perforated strainer facilitates smooth dispensing, while the kettle’s bottom is sloped to promote efficient product flow.
The Vulcan GT100E fully jacketed stationary kettle is constructed of stainless steel with a 2-inch-diameter, leg-mounted base and adjustable flanged feet that enhance stability. The unit includes a graduated measuring rod, a faucet bracket, and a vacuum pressure relief valve for safety. It features a thermostat with a combination gas control valve and electronic ignition for reliable operation. A 15 PSI relief valve, a low water cut-off control, a pressure limit switch, and a pressure gauge enhance safety. Designed for natural gas operation, the unit delivers a 135,000 BTU output.
