Cooker is built for easy use, easy cleaning and reliable performance, with precise water temperature control that ensures consistent results. Features stainless steel front, sides, doors and 6 1/4" non-corrosive legs, 314 marine gauge stainless steel cook tank, exclusive tank overflow zone with skim port for starch removal and overflow protection, combination gas shut-off valve, regulator and electronic pilot ignition system and 1" full port ball type drain valve. Also features a rinse sink to make it easy to pre-plan and inventory cooked pasta in preparation for peak periods, so kitchen labor is reduced. Water Capacity: 12 gallon
