Vulcan EV36S-6FP480 Description
Featuring six French plates and a full-width crumb tray, the Vulcan EV36-S-6FP-480 electric range is simple to clean at closing time. Its front, sides, riser, shelf, and legs are all made of stainless steel for smooth cleaning. For user comfort, the control knobs are made of heat-resistant material, staying cool despite constant use. An infinite heat switch is paired with each burner and, using its four quick-adjustment positions, chefs can prevent food from burning.
This Vulcan EV36-S-6FP-480 electric range has a convenient oven base where users can brown foods after cooking. To accommodate various products, this oven includes a browning control, an adjustable thermostat, and a three-position rack; this large rack holds 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans running side to side or front to back. For heavy-duty durability, this unit has many stainless steel components and an MIG-welded, aluminized steel frame. Its legs are adjustable and steady the unit on uneven floors.
