Vulcan EV36S-3HT240 Description
Vulcan-Hart's EV36-S-3HT-2403 electric range has three thermostatically-controlled hot top sections that include a standard oversized five-kilowatt oven with top browning control. This unit includes one oven rack with three rack positions for standard room for your products. It has a full-width pull out stainless steel crumb tray that catch loose food particles, keeping a clean work area clean. This electric restaurant range has a stainless steel front, sides, back riser, plate shelf and legs for a long-lasting kitchen investment.

- (1) oven rack and (3) rack positions make for standard product space
- Full-width pull out stainless steel crumb tray catches food particles for a cleaner work area
- Stainless steel front, sides, back riser, shelf and legs make unit durable and long-lasting
- Thermostat adjusts from 200 to 500 degrees F
- Fully MIG-welded frame included for better durability
- Fits 18-in. x 26-in. sheet pans side-to-side and front-to-back directions
- Cool-to-the-touch control knobs easy to use
- 6-in. adjustable legs keep unit in firm place
