Vulcan EV36S-3HT208 Description
The Vulcan EV36-S-3HT-208 electric restaurant range is fitted with three hot-top sections designed to provide space for a variety of pots and pans. The unit includes a standard-depth, oversized oven fitted with a wire shelf that can be adjusted between three levels. This oven cavity measures 26 1⁄2 inches wide by 26 3⁄8 inches deep by 14 inches high.
Control of the Vulcan EV36-S-3HT-208 restaurant range is done through thermostatic knobs for simplicity. The frame of the unit is made of aluminized steel, while the rest of the range system is constructed of stainless steel. Above the stovetop is a single-deck high shelf for storing spices and similar items. The unit can provide between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit and sits on four 6-inch legs.
