Ideal for high-volume cooking tasks, the Vulcan EV36S-2FP24G480 electric range features a standard oven with a top browning control and a range with hot plates and a griddle. The oven's interior accommodates 18-inch by 26-inch pans loaded in either direction, and the adjustable thermostat ranges from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit measures 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high and are mounted on 6-inch legs for floor clearance.
The Vulcan EV36S-2FP24G480 electric range is built on a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame for long-term durability. The two solid cast iron plates offer responsive heat, while the 24-inch polished steel griddle features thermostatic controls for accurate zone cooking. A full-width pull-out crumb tray simplifies maintenance between shifts.
